Anita went to school at St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls, in Mosman Park where she grew up. She currently lives in Woodlands, near Scarborough Beach. Anita has worked and lived in the Coastal Strip of Western Australia for most of her life and is very familiar with schools, shops and infrastructure along the coastal corridor.
Anita first started as a Property Manager in 2009, learning the business under Peter Bruhn. She holds her Triennial Certificate, the highest qualification in Real Estate, together with a Diploma of Property Services. She also has a Certificate IV in Frontline Management and a Certificate IV in Project Management. These qualifications and her experience allow her to manage her team effectively, ensure legal and regulatory requirements to do with the Real Estate and Business Agents Act are complied with, along with giving her the ability to understand and manage multiple complex project tasks, within budget and on time.
Anita knows that she can add value to your asset by utilising a database of experienced tradespeople to perform reliable, cost effective maintenance. She also understands how to get the best returns on your investment for you, or just maintain it in the best condition for when you choose to return to live in it, or sell.
She places a high value on ensuring her clients properties are occupied to ideal tenants to maximise rental return along with proactive maintenance which is performed to provide the highest value back to owners, while keeping the experience of Tenants hassle free.
