Property Management Services

We understand that not one size fits all when it comes to managing properties.  In order to cater to all our clients, each Management Agreement is customised to meet the needs of each property and client.  We offer three package options as a starting point to cater to the various needs and circumstances of the Landlord.

1. Leasing Only Package (We set up the tenancy and then you self manage)
2. Standard Package (Set % management fee + pay as you go ancillaries)
3. Inclusive Package (Higher % management fee which includes most ancillaries)

The Directors and many of the staff members are home owners and/or investors and understand the need to manage your investment efficiently as they would their own.  (Between us we own nine properties!)  We are passionate about making your investment experience a positive and successful one.
